  • Design an exercise programme to suit your individual needs,

  • Provide advice regarding nutrition and monitor your progress with you at regular intervals.

  • Show you how to safely perform exercises to get the most out of each session.

  • Bring the necessary equipment for your personal training sessions.

  • Offer on-going support throughout your time with us at Balance Fitt
