Bournemouth Pilates & Yoga Retreat

This secret location in Bournemouth is a charming seaside destination, just a stone’s throw away from Bournemouth beach.


Set in three acres of tranquil private gardens where you can escape for the day with a book, or meander your way through to the golden sandy beach.


Everything at the hotel has been designed with relaxation in mind, from the beautiful gardens to the spacious lounge areas. 


Our Pilates, yoga and spa weekend is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet but luxury retreat by the sea. Single travellers, friends and couples alike are all welcome to come along. Beginners welcome. 


The cost of the weekend includes six sessions of mixed Pilates & Yoga. Lessons will vary from sixty minutes to ninety minutes, the first session will begin at 4pm on the Friday. Please see below for the full schedule.

All meals with breakfast and dinner being served in The Hotel’s Gallery Brasserie restaurant which offers a delicious menu to start or finish the perfect day.The restaurant enjoys views over the tree tops and out to sea. Gaze out at the view from every table and enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly service and fantastic food. The Head Chef prepares uncomplicated dishes with fresh and seasonal produce in a modern style. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.


We have arranged for a group table so everyone can eat dinner together from 8pm each evening, so nobody needs to eat on their own unless you prefer to in which case please arrange with reception upon arrival.


Lunch will be the Chef's choice of finger buffet served in the Garden Room from midday.


Each one of the traditional and individual bedrooms have been designed and styled to offer a unique charm. The comfortable bedrooms offer a choice of single, double or twin bed styles.

Meander through the Hotel’s private gardens and you’ll arrive at Bournemouth beach. The garden entrance opens out by the historic Boscombe pier. From here you can set up a beach-camp for the day or hop on the land train to be whisked off to Bournemouth pier in the centre of town. Or if you don’t fancy getting sandy toes then the private gardens are a quaint spot to spend the day. With three acres of landscaped lawn and woodland in the perimeter of the hotel, the gardens are a tranquil space to explore.


You can also indulge yourself in a little luxury at the  Hotel’s Bath House Spa. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the fabulous leisure facilities.

To book a £100 non refundable deposit is required via bank transfer. The remaining payments will be due on the 1st of March 2020 and the second on 1st April 2020.
