Junior Pilates & Yoga:
Pilates & Yoga for juniors has many benefits including flexibility, stronger muscles, relaxation, balance and better concentration. Benefits all other sports.
Junior Box & Circuits:
This fun class is all about getting your child moving, using their own body weight to create strength and muscles. These classes will vary each week so your child can never get bored. They can even help plan their own sessions.
Mum & Baby Pilates:
This fun class is all about getting you moving along with your little one. Bonding with your child through exercise is both beneficial for baby & mum/dad. We incorporate a safe pilates practice that is suitable to do with babies & toddlers allowing parents to workout and practice mindfulness techniques & relaxation at the same time.
